Amer Pale Ale, 6.6%ABV

Returning to this current rotation is an especially smith and balanced SMASH beer (single malt and single hop). Only Vienna malt is used for a copper hue and medium body and 2 expressions of Centennial hops- pellets in the mash (yes, mash), boil and whirlpool. Whole cone Centennials are used on the dry-hopping. The result is a crisp, defined, pure ale. Not overly hopped but a present hop bitterness, dank aroma and floral notes on the nose.
