Berliner Weisse w/ Tart Cherry, 3.5% ABV A light bodied traditional wheat ale with added Tart Cherry Puree added the secondary phase of lactic fermentation. Mild acidity balances a tart fruit forward flavor.
Honey Amber Ale, 5.8%ABV A traditional amber ale- reddish brown in color- floral and earthy notes on the nose- balanced hop bitterness on the palate.
