Belgian Ruby Ale, 6.7%ABV In the quest to make a proper ale of the Old World, reminiscent of DeKoninck, Head Brewer Brother Lance created a beer so perfect we dubbed it OurAle as our own house beer. Liberties were taken on the most recent batch to create a ruby version of this Congregation Ales staple!

German Lager, 6.1% Brewed for the German festive season this beer was brewed with 100% Munich malt for a rich copper hue. Noble Hallertau hops add a solid balance to a malt forward nutty offering.

Norwegain Ale w/ Apricot, 5.4%ABV Brewed with a 50/50 grain bill of wheat and pilsner malts. 88lbs of aseptic Oregon Fruits Apricot Puree was added into the secondary phase of fermentation. Use of the Hveteøl yeast adds a wonderful tartness and balanced dryness on the finish.
